Does everyone need DRTV?

That would be awesome, but it’s unlikely.  There are business realities that make some products and services better suited than others to get the full benefits of this medium.  We can help identify the considerations that help in deciding whether a DRTV test is right for a particular client usually in just one phone call.  In cases where we can’t help, we are often able to make helpful referrals

Who is your typical client?

There is no such thing as a typical client.  Every client and every job is unique.  It’s true to say that all of our clients wish to better understand what their customer wants, needs and values and then translate this information into creatives that sell.  What clients tend to have in common is that they are tethered to performance projections, budgets, timelines and other limitations.  That’s why they call us.  We are experts at finding innovative ways to work around or overcome limitations through our deep experience and extensive network.

Will you guarantee confidentiality?

Yes, we are happy to review and sign NDAs so that you feel safe discussing your idea, project or product.

Can you work with my existing assets?

The short answer is YES, depending on the assets.  The good news is that more often than not, we have been able to salvage or repurpose video from previous sources into an updated, more useful marketing asset(s) for broadcast, social, digital, industrial, and more.  In fact, this is the way that many of our current long-term relationships began.

What are the costs involved?

We don’t work with any “packages” or boilerplate budgets.  It costs nothing to talk to us and we offer engagement milestones that start off as hourly commitments. We will not ask for a project engagement until everyone is satisfied that it’s a good fit.  If and when you are comfortable moving forward with a broadcast television spot or other creative service, it will be scoped assiduously and budgeted transparently.
